The CORE Story
CORE Physical Therapy is an outpatient sports and orthopedic rehabilitation clinic within the city of San Antonio, Texas, which provides education, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, functional movement screenings and sports performance training through an integrated physical therapy approach to patients with orthopedic, sport related, and both pre/post-operative injuries.
Through education; preventative interventions; advanced, direct manual therapy treatment; and individualized corrective exercises, CORE Physical Therapy aims to provide continuing and comprehensive care throughout the lifespan of active individuals and athletes of all levels afflicted with musculoskeletal injuries. CORE Physical Therapy works with each patient, in conjunction with other medical providers, to create an personalized rehabilitation plan to help each patient regain and maintain a maximum quality of life physically.
Our purpose is to create the most motivating sports and rehab experience possible because we know inspiring our patients and athletes to believe they can accomplish their goals is one of the most powerful interventions we use.
CORE Physical Therapy’s culture is to provide unmatched care differing from monotonous physical therapy by integrating evidence informed expert level care, a comprehensive hands-on approach and more individual attention to help you return to your prior level and prevent risk of reinjury.
